Polar Bears! Hard Hats! Cement! Construction Equipment! How could I turn down a drawing request featuring all of these elements??? Brian A. from Rockville, MD asked me to draw this scene to give as a gift to his friend. He told me his friend loves polar bears and is fascinated by cement trucks.
